PREMIERE: 2WES – San Antoni (Original Mix) [Deep Stories Records]

Der Sommer ist endlich da und mit ihm die 6. EP auf Deep Stories Records. Für die sommerliche Brise der EP ist der Italiener 2wes verantwortlich, welcher bisher überwiegend progressivere und düstere Tracks produziert hat. Doch der in Rom lebende Produzent möchte sich ungern auf einen Sound reduzieren lassen und tüftelt immer wieder an Projekten, welche die Genre Grenzen überschreiten. So auch geschehen bei seinem Track San Antoni, welcher den Auftakt in diese EP bildet. Verträumte Synthesizer Melodien und ein verspielter Bass bilden die Grundlage von San Antoni. In den Breaks wird das Maintheme dann durch eine Gitarre aufgegriffen und verleiht dem Track seine charakteristische Leichtigkeit.

Summer is finally here and with it the 6th EP on Deep Stories Records. Responsible for the summery breeze of the EP is the Italian 2wes, who has so far produced mainly progressive and gloomy tracks. But the Rome-based producer doesn’t want to be reduced to one sound and is always working on projects that cross genre boundaries. This is what happened with his track San Antoni, which is the prelude to this EP. Dreamy synthesizer melodies and a playful bass form the basis of San Antoni. In the breaks, the main theme is then taken up by a guitar and gives the track its characteristic lightness.
