Immer auf der Suche nach meiner Bestimmung. Mit der Sonne als Taktgeber für meine Reise ins Unbekannte durchstreifte ich Berge und Täler, Flüsse und Seen, Wälder und Steppen. Die Ruhe verleitete mich zum jetzigen Leben und die Weisheit der Natur bewegte mich zum Bleiben. Hier Draußen konnte ich erfahren was Schönheit bedeutet, aber auch wie brutal das Leben sein kann. Meine Umgebung lehrte mich wachsam zu bleiben, was mir die Augen öffnete. Nun nehme ich Dinge wahr, die jenseits der Normalität liegen. Einzelne unscheinbare Geräusche können mir nun mehr Geborgenheit vermitteln als ein stundenlanges Gespräch unter Freunden. Mein Verstand ist mit Flora und Fauna im Einklang. Ein blindes Verständnis entwickelte sich, geleitet über Gesten statt über Wörter. So konnte ich viel über mich und meine Umwelt lernen und mit mir ins Reine kommen. Glücksgefühle durchströmen nun regelmäßiger meine Nervenstränge und erweichen hier und da meine versteinerte Miene. Doch das Gefühl der Einsamkeit schleicht sich wieder in mein Herz. Gerade an Tagen wie diesen… Ich erhebe meinen Flachmann und trinke auf ein weiteres Jubiläum. Das DJ- und Produzenten-Duo Bergstock, bestehend aus Lukas und Kevin, stammt aus Köln und hat sich auf melodischen Techno spezialisiert. Ihr Sound ist geprägt von tiefen emotionalen Momenten sowie punshigen Höhepunkten. Genau diese Mischung präsentieren sie auch in der 200ste Ausgabe unseres Podcasts. For many years now, I have been wandering through the wilderness as a lonely adventurer. Always in search of my destiny. With the sun setting the pace for my journey into the unknown, I roamed mountains and valleys, rivers and lakes, forests and steppes. The tranquillity seduced me to live now and the wisdom of nature moved me to stay. Out here I could experience what beauty means, but also how brutal life can be. My surroundings taught me to stay alert, which opened my eyes. Now I perceive things that are beyond normality. Single inconspicuous sounds can now give me more sense of security than an hour-long conversation among friends. My mind is in tune with flora and fauna. A blind understanding developed, guided by gestures instead of words. I was able to learn a lot about myself and my environment and come to terms with myself. Feelings of happiness now flow more regularly through my nerve cords and soften my petrified expression here and there. But the feeling of loneliness creeps back into my heart. Especially on days like these… I raise my flask and drink to another anniversary. The DJ and producer duo Bergstock, consisting of Lukas and Kevin, come from Cologne and specialise in melodic techno. Their sound is characterised by deep emotional moments as well as punchy highlights. This is exactly the mixture they present in the 200th edition of our podcast.
