Read More
Podcast Deep Story #103 | at the end of the journey | Solvane Our island adventure is in its final stages now and the protagonist has finally reached the end of his journey (or at least he thinks so), never really leaving his new home. Rather his mind has set out to explore unknown things. However it’s not yet clear whether all these experiences affected him negatively or positively. In this episode of Simon Rucker’s story you can learn what awaits at the end of the spiritual journey for the inhabitants of this so-called paradise. The musical narrative voice of today's episode comes from Solvane, who masterfully describes the tense atmosphere with his tracks and skillfully turns up the suspense. I note: ‘my penultimate day on the island: A wooden frame with artfully made torches defies the approaching darkness, illuminating the last few meters to the gap in the rock face. Behind the dancing flames, I could only see peerless darkness. The day before, I removed the scrubs that grew wildly on the tropical soil. I am ready now. Every few hours I hear the melodies of the elusive inhabitants of the mountain. Joyful excitement makes my skin chill. Will they finally come tonight? I have taken my position with a view over the mountain. High above my head shines a nearly full moon, intermittently obscured by clouds.’ I note: ‘my last day on the island: Yesterday finally the time has come and my strained patience was finally rewarded. They arrived around midnight. So here I am, writing down my last words. I suppose the yacht down there in the bay come and search me, Linea and Anthony a little easier for your technologies. Please take my message seriously. To understand my warning. I will not report much from here. It's hard for me to think straight. All I know is that I did the right thing. I did what I had to do ... ‘ Read More

Podcast Deep Story #102 | Wathan | Slow Nomaden Most people agree that there is something that remains. It is intangible and can be detached from our body. It seems to be the core of the thing. Something that gives life to a thing. It forms the self-consciousness or the I-concept. It is called differently, but it always helps a living being to become aware of itself. We assume that music can also create something like this and would like to call it Wathan. The Wathan gives certain sounds the special lightness and spirit. However, it is not always there. It moves aimlessly through time and space. To become aware of its existence it needs the love of music. It settles down where an individual or a collective loses itself in music. This atmosphere magically attracts the Wathan. It enters into a symbiosis with the scenery and stores the positive energy. When the last melodies have faded away, it moves on, taking with it the splendor of the moment, deposited in very specific sequences of notes. The energy of the moment is stored forever and will always be there. If this music should sound again somewhere else, the Wathan feels a connection and moves to this place to release the energy again and let it potentiate itself. Let's create a new Wathan together with the music of Slow Nomads, which will travel the world with our positive vibes and enrich many other places where music is lived. Read More
