RADI MIRA I LUBVI – Summer Compilation

RADI MIRA I LUBVI is a record label still in its relative infancy, but its latest release shows wisdom above its age. The first release came out at the end of 2020 and this is only their ninth release, but already it’s able to attract artists who are clearly willing to offer up the best of their music. This is poetically impressive when some of the artists who feature on this release have also worked with the likes of Anjunadeep, as some of the music on this complication would be more than worthy of such an iconic imprint. For example, it’s hard not to hear the Ben Böhmer influence behind tracks such as Valer den Bit’s “You” and he has worked previously with the likes of Bar 25, so clearly he already has the attention of some influential record labels. Other tracks such as Yassen’s “Aprora” are reminiscent of people such as Be Svendsen with ethnic vocal chants, trippy atmosphere and downtempo groove. Arsankhan’s “Nameless” wouldn’t sound out of place on Lee Burridge’s All Day I Dream with its ethereal vocals, uplifting melodies and enchanting atmosphere full of majestic sound design. The list of impressive tracks goes on and on, as there are also psychedelic tracks like AZAMAT’s “Thoughts” so the release most definitely deserves a full listen from start to finish.
