Podcast deep story nr. 152 | good old times | by Sahar Z I turn up the volume of the old radio and my foot starts to bob. Happiness hormones flow through my body and my stomach starts to tingle. My limbs break out of their dull, brain-controlled shadowy existence and gradually regain their autonomy. The bobbing of my foot evolves into the first hesitant dance steps and gradually my shyness-driven resistance disappears. A few seconds later, my movements are already flowing and follow an improvised choreography. My spontaneous outburst of exuberance paired with the loud music quickly attract attention. The first people stop and watch with interest. Soon afterwards I have my first comrades-in-arms on the large meadow that we use as an improvised dance floor. The music captures the attention of more and more passers-by in the park and the meadow gradually fills up. The feeling grows in me that I attracted all these people with my joy and that they now share it. An irresistible euphoria spreads in my body and the spirit of activism grows in me. I want to take advantage of this atmosphere to do justice to my role as an ambassador for music. As nimble as a cat, I climb the nearest tree and move rhythmically to the music. I stay there until the music on the radio stops and leaves the crowd a little perplexed. I take the stage and declare that everybody will soon be able to experience the creator of this musical delicacy live nearby. Murmurs spread among the people. Some start to applaud. After I have communicated the place and date of the next ComRa event, I get a lot of approval. Many of today's dancers want to come over and continue celebrating with me there. If you long for the great open air events and festivals of summer during this dark and cold season, let our guest Sahar Z shorten the waiting time for you. The internationally acclaimed DJ is at home at festivals at all 4 corners of the world and is a true master to inspire a global crowd. Read More

Podcast deep story nr. 151 l take a deep breath l by T.M.A Freshly strengthened by sunbathing, I'm devising a new strategy. With pure reproduction of information, which can also be taken from every Facebook event or flyer, I will not convince many people. As an ambassador of music I have to spread enthusiasm and create ecstatic anticipation. But words alone cannot help me here. I have to let the music speak for itself, but in style! My action should attract attention. Like lightning an idea shoots into my mind. I get on the next streetcar and ride into the city center. Restlessly I cross antique and vintage markets until I find the perfect object for my action. Now I have to visit an old buddy who runs a local radio station. Quickly I could inspire him with my vision and he is on board. Two days later the action is supposed to start. Then a great set will be heard on the radio and I can present my vision of a noisy world to the people. The anticipation of music can sweeten the day. That's why we would like to present you one more reason to look forward to the end of the day. juSt b has created a deep story for us, which brings the good mood back into everyday life. Read More

Podcast deep story nr. 149 l sun power l by Niko Schwind For a short period of time I lost sight of my mission and fell back into my old habits. I had to regain my focus. I collected myself and informed my environment about the next big ComRa event. Unfortunately, my efforts were met with disinterest. The folks here seemed to have the attention span of a squirrel. The people’s judgement seemed to be affected by all the noise and smoke. So I decide to leave the club after the next break. Once outside, the daylight blinded my eyes for a few seconds, but after that they got used to their new environment. That's why I'm had the idea to leave the obligatory sunglasses out on a trial basis. Instead of isolating myself as much as possible from the sun, as is usually the case, I enjoyed its life-exuding energy. This emotional encouragement came in very handy and awakened new zest for action deep inside me. Read More

Podcast deep story nr. 148 l secret place l by Lauren Mia In the appendix I find more instructions. From the list with the individual zones, I learn that there are 34 other ambassadors in my city alone. Each ambassador has been assigned an area of 4 blocks. I can also find a list of names, addresses and even registration numbers for the energy capsules. I wasn't aware that all capsules are assigned to a person by number. ComRa seems to plan its events in a very structured way. They probably need all of this data for the mandatory security precautions. There are 50 names on the list for my area and I know some of these people vaguely. I met them at past rave parties or after hours. It should be quite easy to convince these people of the whole ComRa idea. Since it's Monday right now, I decide to visit a “secret place”. The insatiable die-hards still romp around on these after-after hours, still finding it hard to say goodbye to the weekend. When I arrive in the smoky cellar, there are only a few people left and the former heroes of the night only sway occasionally to the music. They now seem more like empty shells that have given all their energy to the party. As soon as I enter, I feel a warm sense of security. In this place I have escaped from reality so many times now and extended the weekend with like-minded people. I let myself go and for a few moments forget my job… Today's deep story comes from an insanely talented American producer, based in Los Angeles. With her productions she has already made headway into the Beatport charts several times. In addition, she is a true all-rounder and masters both singing and the piano. Her sets distinguish themselves from the rest by the numerous orchestral and melodic sections and thus create a distinctly deep listening experience. Let her set accompany you on our common journey into a brighter future. Read More
