Podcast deep story nr. 132 l science l by Felix Raphael Science can be incredibly fascinating. The great discoveries of the last century now culminate in a previously unthinkable and comprehensive scientific and technical revolution. Whether we approve of it or not, we are being swept away by it and have to face the current reality. It affects us all and not just a group of incorrigible enthusiasts trapped in the laboratory. It advances without asking and mercilessly displaces things that we loved. Nevertheless, we are not in an era of despair, but are lucky to live in a great phase of transition. We move from ignorance to knowledge, from questions to answers, from wondering to understanding. You should only pause the ever faster rotating world from time to time in order not to miss the important moments in your own life. Felix Raphael is helping us today to press ‘stop’ and pause for a moment with his music selection. Enjoy a short time of silence before plunging back into this crazy world. Read More

Podcast deep story nr. 131 l search for traces l by Niki Sadeki Something was very strange about last night's event. This capsule on my arm leaves me no peace. I decide to look for explanations on this cold December morning. I start my search for the truth by digging into my memories of last night. The horseshoe had just closed when I tried to enter the club near closing time. When the bouncer saw me, the expression of his face turned awkward. He seemed to be surprised and even annoyed when seeing that the ComRa bracelet was on my wrist again. "Why do you have this stupid thing around again? Yesterday I explained to you in detail that this gadget is dangerous. There are more than a few reports of burns being caused by the fluid in the bracelets.’ He pulls out his smartphone and shows me some pretty horrific pictures. So I had to remove the bracelet before being allowed into the club. How and when I left the club, Max, that's the 1.92 meter tall muscle pack, could not tell me. He last saw me on the dance floor just before 4 o'clock. As we talked, the last few people were leaving the club. One of the faces looked familiar and the person seemed to remember me. "You're the nice guy who helped me out tonight. You've really saved my night! "My memories slowly came back from the shadows. I think it was the DJ of my dancefloor. He confirmed my acceptance and told me that he saw me leave at 6:30. So it was impossible that I was at a ComRa event at the same moment. After a short chat, I said goodbye and wandered aimlessly through the snow-covered streets, while pondering where this capsule did come from? Everybody knows these moments when you simply forget about the world around you as your thoughts captivate your mind. You stare into a blank point in the distance, because the images only exist in the head. Drifting away but very well awake, time flies like a wandering bird. Niki Sadeki masterfully describes this state of mind with her deep story. We are very glad that in between her performances around the globe she still found some time to record one of her legendary sets for us. Read More

Podcast deep story nr. 130 l easy life l by Nico Morano Slowly he pushes the straw hat from his face and squints at the laughing sun. Sitting on the tree, he ponders the simple things of life. The short nap has revived his senses. He hears the gentle splattering sound of the nearby crystal clear river and he observes the sparse clouds attentively. Within each of the white giants, he discovers another fantasy. On one side, a cat is stroked by a pirate while on the other side a squirrel loots an ice cream for dessert. He loses himself in the peaceful parallel worlds and lies down again. He closes his eyes and paints with his imagination colorful backdrops for the pirate, the cat and the squirrel. His imaginary adventures put a smile on his face. Then he takes a deep breath and sighs. How beautiful this world can be. Gradually, however, the bright thoughts darken. The sense of duty rises like a threatening storm on the horizon. Actually, he needs to go back to work again. The coordinator is already losing his patience. But he pushes the negativity aside for a while and still enjoys the simple life for a few more minutes. Read More
Podcast deep story nr. 129 l reflections l by Yannek Maunz What had happened? Between the last dance steps in the club and waking up in bed, some sequences of the early morning were missing. I felt as if the MIB had "blitzed" me. No matter how hard I concentrated, the individual pieces of the puzzle could not be put together to form an illuminating memory. My mind vehemently refused to tell me the truth about the lost hours. As if a barrier had been planted directly in my brain. All the forced thoughts led to a stabbing headache. I let myself fall back into bed and tried to rid myself of the desire to reconstruct. At that moment I realized again the red capsule on my arm. I'm sure I had to turn it in before entering the club. The bouncer insisted and blathered something about danger from uncontrolled heat. How could it be that the capsule is now back on my arm. Was I perhaps still on a ComRa Eevent after the club attendance? Did I spend the lost hours there? Realistically, this would have been rather impossible. I didn't have enough money with me to afford the entrance fee to this overpriced event. Moreover, the last time I looked at my cell phone was around 5 o'clock. ComRa events usually only run until 6 o'clock. So what had happened? Do you sometimes feel like the protagonist of our short story? Then Yannek Maunz provides you with rehabilitation now with his spot-on deep story. Yannek has been causing quite a stir in the scene for some time now and has recently had some very strong releases on Parquet and Eye and Eye. Read More
